Cara Carper, originally from Pittsburgh PA, grew up in a family-owned studio. Being born into the art of movement she started her professional dance career at an early age. After several years in the commercial industry working with corporations such as the Walt Disney Company, Jean Ann Ryan Productions and affiliations of Cirque du Soleil, she recently relocated to Chicago to join the second company of Gus Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago. While there, Cara founded an Acrobatics Program at the Giordano Dance School. This is Cara’s second season dancing with Thodos Dance Chicago.
