Michael McDonald is originally from Novi, MI and began dance at the age of fourteen. He graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. While at Western Michael had the opportunity to perform works by Antony Tudor, Frank Chaves, Gerald Arpino, Harrison McEldowney, Ron De Jesús, and Whitney Moncrief. Michael received the Partners in Dance Scholarship at Western and two full merit scholarships to River North Chicago Dance Company’s summer intensives. He has attended numerous American College Dance Festivals both as a performer and as a choreographer. Michael’s choreography has also been accepted into several student and faculty concerts at Western.  Michael is in his second season TDC dancer/choreographer.
