We are pleased to be a part of one of Chicago’s premiere social networks – Chicago Sport and Social Club. Our professional dancers offer energetic and fun dance fitness classes throughout the year. Sessions run 8 weeks. All classes are held at the beautiful Drucker Center of the Menomonee Club at 1535 N. Dayton.

Tuesdays

Hip Hop Fitness (with Annie Deutz ) Staying fit and having fun has never been so easy!  Dancers and non-dancers alike can learn the latest moves and sculpt your body into star worthy shape.  Lead by professional teacher and choreographer Mollie Mock of Thodos Dance Chicago.  Hour long classes start with an aerobic warm-up to get the body loose followed by a "Butts & Gutts" series targeting the abs and glutes.  Each week Mollie will break down a new combination that will have you groovin' in no time.

7:00 - 8:00 pm

Yoga (with Jeremy Blair) Join certified yoga instructor Jeremy Blair of Thodos Dance Chicago for a vigorous class that builds heat and stamina through sun salutations and standing poses.  Expect to really move throughout these classes with a fluid, breath-linked asana sequence.  Creative and stimulating, these classes include the vinyasa form and progressively more difficult poses as the eight week course continues.  Perfect for the beginner or experienced yogi, asana variations are offered to challenge any level.

Wednesdays

Ballet Bootcamp (with Jessica Miller Tomlinson) Looking to shape up with a graceful and high energy one-hour workout?Join Danielle Scanlon, professional dancer and teacher with Thodos Dance Chicago for a ballet based workout aimed to sculpt and define both your upper and lower body.  The workout includes a floor barre targeting the core while toning the thighs and butt.  Danielle's elegant choreography will improve posture and make you feel like a whole new person.

8:00 - 9:00 pm

Pilates (with Danielle Scanlon) The best of both worlds. Beginner or intermediate students will find just what they need in this yoga/pilates fusion class. Stott certified Pilates instructor Jackie Stewart of Thodos Dance Chicago combines her powerful and invigorating mat series targeting the abs, glutes and thighs with a medium intensity aerobic vinyasa flow to lengthen and tone the whole body
