Why does Thodos Dance Chicago need my donation?

Thodos Dance Chicago is a nonprofit organization committed to community enrichment through dance. Those involved in this mission are fully dedicated to its cause -- The dancers receive a modest compensation for their generous and amazing talents, our administrative staff is incredibly lean and our Artistic Director does not draw a salary for her extended hours of labor. Every dollar we receive continues to fund our investment in the community of dance.

Where does my contribution go?

The company’s mission is three-fold: Dance Performance, Dance Creation and Dance Education. Depending on how you define your contribution, your donation can fund a program within one of these paths or it can support the company as a whole. We also welcome sponsorships to assist dance students and/or help our professional dancers create a new work or develop new skills. What are your other sources of money?
